This is entrepreneurs and investors replying to questions about starting your own firm. What it takes and what challenges you can expect.
I really like their discussion about being risk seeking vs. being risk tolerant and change seeking (minute 42:00). It is the fist place I have found others expressing this distinction that I have felt myself. I am myself not a risk seeker as people I know sometimes label me. I do a lot to identify risks and find ways to avoid them or respond to them, instead of giving up because of the risks. This makes me risk tolerant, and cannot be compared to the kamikaze image of a risk seeking person.
It is a long video (approximately 1 hour) but there is such a huge amount of high value knowledge and insights - so I believe it is worth it :o)
And don't be confused about the title "Top 10 mistakes made by entrepreneurs" - it is about so much more than that....
enjoy :o)
